Prashanth Chanmugam, who comes with more than two decades of experience in international higher education, looks after the overall strategic growth of Cognitio. Additionally, he provides the direction for the conceptualisation and development of systems-based solutions offered by the organisation to our clients. Given his background in higher education quality assurance and compliance, Prashanth takes a proactive approach towards maintaining and improving the quality standards while retaining a focus on the outcomes.
The overall experience of Prashanth within the interconnected spheres of international higher education and TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) spans Transnational Education (TNE), business development, strategising of international student recruitment, development of academic and professional qualifications, designing of competencies-based learning and assessment systems, quality assurance, academic/technical policy development, academic administration, and student support.
As for his academic qualifications, Prashanth holds postgraduate qualifications in both Management and Education: From the University of South Wales and from the University of Nottingham. He also posses an undergraduate degree in Business Studies from the University of South Wales and professional qualifications in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
