Shaheen brings over two decades of experience in international operations and management. Her expertise spans across multinational and South Asian organisations within the fields of training, business development, operations and finance.

As Director and CEO, she is responsible for planning and executing the overall activities of Cognitio Services. Shaheen manages collaboration with higher education institutions and as well as other external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication related to compliance; she upholds quality standards, and continuously evaluates and enhances the effectiveness of our processes. Drawing from her extensive experience, Shaheen takes a dedicated approach to fostering growth and development.

As for her academic qualifications, Shaheen holds an undergraduate degree in Business Studies from the University of South Wales and professional qualifications in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
