Kayathiri oversees systems and administrative operations at Cognitio, ensuring the smooth functioning of internal platforms, processes, and staff support functions in line with organisational standards, while also conducting staff training and supporting payments and onboarding.

Kayathiri has over nine years of diverse experience. She started her career in a technical role with a focus on software development before transitioning into the realm of business analysis. Her journey reflects her adaptability and proficiency in Information Technology from technical foundations to business analysis, making her an asset in elevating and maintaining the standards of our processes.

She holds a BSc in Information Technology and an MSc in Information Technology from the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology.
