Shyni is currently serving as the Deputy Manager - IT Systems and Compliance at Cognitio. In addition to operational tasks, she is tasked with coordinating across multiple functions including IT systems management.
With over eight years of experience in the academic and IT sectors, Shyni has worked as a developer, IT manager, lecturer, and teacher before joining Cognitio.

She holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Cyber Security from the University of Gloucestershire, UK, and an MBA from Lincoln University College, Malaysia. She is a Professional Member of the British Computer Society (BCS, UK) and is currently studying for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
